Companies now use safety databases like Argus and ARISg, which allow secure remote access. CROs handle multiple international projects. When workloads increase, they can’t always wait for long hiring cycles. They need immediate joiners.
Remote hiring also saves infrastructure costs. And after the pandemic, companies saw that productivity didn’t collapse when teams worked from home.
So instead of forcing relocation, many organizations opened up remote roles.
What Roles Do Freshers Usually Get?

You should understand basic pharmacology and adverse drug reactions. You should be able to explain concepts clearly.

- 1–2 years experience: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA
- 3–5 years experience: ₹6 – ₹10+ LPA
Is It a Good Long-Term Option?
Yes. You can move into senior roles, quality review, signal detection, or even regulatory affairs over time. Some professionals eventually work on global teams.
It’s not a flashy career in the beginning. But it builds strong industry exposure.
