Atlas Crest Investment Corp. (NYSE: ACICU, “the Company”) today reported that it priced its initial 50,000,000 unit public offering at $10.00 per unit at a public auction. Trading on the New York Bourse, “NYSE,” under the ticker symbol “ACIC.U,” on October 28, 2020 is scheduled to commence. Every unit is made up of a common stock of class A and a third of a warrant. Both of them entitle the holder to buy one common stock of class A at a cost of $11.50 per share. As unit securities begin to trad, the common stock and warrants of class A are to be exchanged on the New York Stock Securities under the symbol “ACIC” and “ACIC WS.” Once the units are split, no fractional warrants are issued and only entire warrants are traded. Subject to customary closing terms, the deal could end by 30 October 2020.
